WCT and DermaClose Join Synovis Micro Companies Alliance
Today Wound Care Technologies, Inc. (WCT)—maker of the DermaClose® Continuous External Tissue Expander—announced it will join Synovis Micro Companies Alliance (MCA), a wholly owned subsidiary of Baxter International, effective immediately.
Synovis MCA is a company committed to bringing innovations and advancements to the discipline of microsurgery, and therefore provides an excellent strategic fit for WCT and DermaClose. Moving forward, DermaClose will be sold along with Synovis MCA’s established line of microsurgery products.
Synovis MCA’s trained staff and extensive logistics network—backed by Baxter—will ensure DermaClose customers continue to receive the same level of service, support and technical expertise they have come to expect.
Customers should continue to contact their existing DermaClose representative for product information.
